Of the mentioned suggestion, actually development three:
First: “Count to five”. I like the fresh fruit and vegetables; I always eat this, because they are good for digestion and the prevention of blood problems. Second: “Get into an exercise routine”. My routine of exercises is of three times in the week: every Monday I do aerobics and Pilates, the Wednesday also, and on Friday I do only aerobics.
Now, take into account some of their boards, with: “have a night in”, because sleep is very important for the good operation of body, in the different activities daily; and “ease your knees”, because is better take some prevention.
